Flight Detail
Flight Information
View, enter, or change: Departure city, Report Time, Off Time, On Time, Taxi In Time, In Time, and Arrival City
Crew Information
View, enter, or change: Number of Crew, Crewmember Name, Crewmember Rest WOCL Time Zone (city), Assigned break number(s)
Break Options
View, enter, or change: Break Start After Takeoff, Break End Before Landing, if double augmented: Multiple Break Option, Break Pattern, Short/Long Break duration.
Break Schedule Overview
Header Displays: First break start time, total duration of all breaks, last break end time.
Row Displays: Break Number, Duty Time prior to break start, Break Start time, Break Duration, Break End time.
Note
Break start times, end times and durations are calculated to the nearest second. The break times are rounded to the nearest minute for display. This rounding can occasionaly cause displayed times to appear off by a minute.Break Legality
Legality Rules: The application uses FAR or company specific rules as selected in the Rest Break Legality Calculations section of the applications Settings.
Illegal Break: The break number (Flight Detail) or pilot position (Break Schedule Detail) is displayed in red.
Warning
Each pilot is responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable regulations and company policies regarding rest break requirements. The application does not guarantee the calculations are correct in all situations.Airport Input
Airport Selection View - Overview
The airport select view has four sections, header, show, search, and list
Airport Selection View - Description
Header
Header contains the title, "< Flight Detail" button, and airport list filter control
- < Flight Detail returns to previous screen with out saving airport selection.
- Tapping an airport row selects airport and returns to the Flight Detial view
Airport List Filter Control
- Filters airport list to show "All" airports, only "Favorite" airports, or only "User" created airports
Search
- Search filtered airport list by ICAO code, IATA, code, airport name, or airport city.
- Tap ICAO, IATA, Name, or City buttons to select value to search for. The list is sorted by the selected search value.
- As you enter text into the search field, the list will narrow to show all airports that match the current search text.
List
- Show list of airports that match the filter and search entered
- List of airports are grouped by country
- Tap index on right to move to start of country group

The date/time input view has 3 sections, header, time zone select,, and date/time picker
Date/Time Selection View - Description
Header
Header contains the "Cancel" and "Save" buttons
- Cancel returns to previous screen with out saving airport selection.
- Save returns to previous screen and saves airport selection
- How the selected date/time will be used (Report, Off, On, In)
Time Zone Select
- Switches between entering date/time in Local or Zulu
Date/Time Picker
- Selects date, hours and minutes
- Selected date/time is shown in the highlighted middle row

The duration input view has 3 sections, header, duration picker, and keyboard duration entry (hours and minutes text entry fields).
Duration Selection View - Description
Header
Header contains the "Cancel", "Save" buttons duration type title

- How the selected duration will be used (Flight, Taxi In)

Header
Header contains the "Return" button and Search Bar
- Return button returns to previous screen with out saving airport selection.
Search
- Search timezone list by Airport, City, Country, or Time Zone.
List
- Show list of timezones that match the filter and search criteria
- List of timezones are grouped by country

The break schedule detail view is comprised of the overview header and break groups
Overview Header
The Break Schedule Overview is comprised of three rows.
Rows 1 & 3
- Displays the Departure/Arrival Airports with airport local flight duty start/end times
- Dark green color indicates Primary Window of Circadian Low (Night WOCL) in airportlocal time
- Light green color indicates Secondary WOCL (Afternoon WOCL) in airport local time
- Grey color indicates Non-WOCL duty time
Row 2
- First block (dark grey) displays Report Time to Takeoff time
- Second block (dark blue grey) is the time from takeoff to start of first break
- Middle blocks (blue) show individual breaks
- Next block (dark blue grey) is break end to landing
- Last block (dark grey) is from landing to gate arrival
- Orange line is the middle of the Flight Duty Period
Break Group
The break detail displays a break group for each planned break. Each break group contains a break overview and detail row for each pilot.
Break Group Header
- Break number
- Duty time prior to start of break (2:00)
- Displays the Break start time (00:15Z)
- Displays the break number (1)
- Displays the duration of the break (3:45)
- Displays Break End time (04:00Z)
Pilot Break Detail
- Displays the break start time in pilot selected rest time zone (17:15(L))
- Selected rest time zone (New York)
- Displays the seat position and name (if entered) of pilot (PF Pilot Flying Sal)
- Row can be dragged to change pilot break assignment
- Displays the break end time in pilot selected rest time zone (04:50(L))
- Dark Green displays Primary WOCL with pilot sleeping under the moon icon
- Light Green displays Secondary WOCL with pilot sleeping under the sun icon

The work schedule view is comprised of the overview header and pilot groups
Work Schedule Header
The Break Schedule Overview is comprised of three rows.
Rows 1 & 3

The Pilot Groups section displays a pilot groups header and a separate work group for each pilot.
Pilot Groups Header
The Pilot Groups Header provides an overview of the Flight Duty Period.
The overview header displays:
- The flight duty start and end times in Zulu
- The total flight duty time
Pilot Group
Each pilot group contains three rows.
Row 1
Pilot Information
- Displays the seat position and names (if entered) and assigned break(s)
- Displays the longest duty period for the flight (Time in the seat)
Row 2
Work break schedule for flght
- Light blue is working less than 4 hours
- Light blue to red gradient displays on duty greater than 4 hours to end of duty period. (8:35 in the seat)
- Green is on break (6:30)
- Last block is break end to landing (45 min-6 taxi in)
Row 3
Displays flight duty start and end times for pilot selected rest time zone
- Dark Red color indicates Primary Window of Circadian Low (Night WOCL) in ) in pilot selected rest time zone
- Light Red color indicates Secondary WOCL (Afternoon WOCL) in pilot selected rest time zone
- Grey color indicates Non-WOCL duty time
Share Break/Work Schedules
You can share the Break/Work schedules using the share button . A PDF version of the Work/Break schedules can be shared using the iPhone and iPad share feature.
The PDF can be shared in multiple ways
- Transfered via AirDrop
- Sent via Messages, Mail, etc.
- Copied to another application that can view PDF documents
- Printed on any available AirPrint printer
